3 Month no updates?

Guys, what is happening? Are you in Hawai living the good life?

Your mobile app is 1/2 working. Many, MANY valid requests pending..

WHAT IS HAPPENING ??

Please give us timelines for work being done on this system!

You can not even be bothered moving things from "Planned" to "in Progress". to "completed".. turning out to be a bad show..

I accept losing my money.. but not wasting my time!

I do believe the team are working on custom fields which is a major update. They did make users aware that there wouldn't be any updates in February / March.

P.S. We’re currently working on two major features: custom fields and enhanced Docs with support for version history, inline comments, and more. Additionally, we’re in the process of upgrading the platform infrastructure to ensure the app runs faster and more reliably.

These tasks will require about 2-3 months. As a result, there won’t be frequent product releases for the web app in the next 1-2 months. However, rest assured, we’re putting in a lot of effort to add new features and enhance the platform.

In the mobile app, we’re adding Links, Reminders, and Calendar views with Google Calendar integration.

Thank you once again for choosing Upbase.

It would be good to provide smaller updates from time to time to show that something is changing.

Jack S. It would be good to keep the roadmap up to date to start off with. At least we know what is going on. Also, it would be good if impotant things would be looked at instead of being in the "planned" stage forever. Webhoks for example 200+ votes… planned and forgotten? And the "team" can not even be bothered answering users.. we are all in the dark.

The 'mark as related to' doesn't work, and I emailed them on that but no response. And yes the product is pretty great but it's a worry if they've gone MIA and one day the product no longer works at all and our project information is lost.

Tracy for me the "related to" works… you just have to remeber the keywords and start typing in the search box.

The product is pretty golden as it is. Moaning about updates is like complaining that you didn’t get enough Christmas presents. You buy the product -as is. And it’s literally amazing for the money.

Bob Gentle that is not exacly true. Not sure where you bought it from, but I bought in and entrusted this on the understanding of development and support. When support is not longer answered, bug fixes are not pushed (never mind the wish list) and our friend Tony Pham vanishes, then there is a problem. There are some of us that dropped our existing systems to support this. Of course im going to moan about it.

Tony Pham now I hope we'll get super duper support from Upbase Team. Just kidding, keep up the good work. And we need the custom field feature in May :-)
