🛣️Customer Service: Tracking - Information for Customer

The client should see project tracking to be at ease, avoid questions, and avoid getting impatient. This tracking should be visible to them. What would this be compared to? The best comparison is to what courier companies have. There, you can see from the moment the shipment is ordered to delivery, where the package is on its way. In the case of a project, I would see the stages, i.e., we are in stage three, which will last several days; it started now, and the deadline is, for example, in 5 days. Does the client need to see all the tasks precisely? Not necessarily. This is more about the implementation stages. For example, for a specific implementation, it might include: Consultation Material gathering Entering into the system Proofreading Amendments etc.

🤖AI: Clients

When you focus on customer service in Upbase right now … We collect various customer data: tasks, notes, comments, conversations, files about a given customer, etc. It would be good to use this data by AI-powered as part of working with and servicing customers. It's difficult to work without it in a world where we are inundated with information. It's also now standard to use AI to process such collected data in task management systems, CRMs, etc. (e.g., Taskade, Pipedrive, Raynet offer this in their cheapest plans). This data can be better utilized with AI support. So the tool becomes a helper. Responding to customer inquiries, summarizing collected data, creating offers in the context of already collected customer data, etc.

👥Clients Communication

It would be great to be able to 📨send to customer emails directly from the customer card in Clients. This would streamline workflow; you wouldn't have to switch to Gmail or another email program. Additional Issues: 📨Sending Emails It would be great if these emails ultimately originated from your own SMTP server, which could be connected to Upbase. Or at least you could connect your own domain to it, just like mailing systems do. You add the appropriate configuration in your DNS and SPF, authorizing Upbase to send emails on your behalf, using your domain or a dedicated subdomain. 📥Receiving Emails It would be great if, when replying to a RE, the customer also forwarded the email to Upbase. This way, you wouldn't have to track it in your email program. I know, this would require integration with, for example, Gmail or IMAP. But initially, the response could go directly to Upbase.
