Timesheet listing in client dashboard
I would like to see the Timesheets tab in the client dashboard be linked to that particular client ONLY. At the moment, when I click into Timesheets, all jobs are displayed there, regardless for which client. Perhaps this is expected behaviour for some users but for me, this feels very strange.

🚨 Bug: Task Cards - Relations + Audio Files Broken
When relating an audio file from Files to a Task Card, whenever you press play to listen to the audio file on the Upbase player, it automatically fails and closes its window. This would return the name to the original, default one. ⚡Task description templates It would be useful to have templates like these, but ones that the entire team uses. The ability to share them for collaborative work. However, it's better for such documents to be consistent within the company and for everyone to use the same template. This way, we reduce chaos and prevent everyone from doing things their own way.

Add Start and End Time for Tasks Entered at a later time
I’d like to suggest adding the ability to enter task time using a start and end time, not only total hours and minutes. Right now, if I forget to track time in real time, I can add time later by entering the total duration. It would be very helpful to also have the option to enter the actual time window, for example, 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. This would make it easier to reconstruct the day accurately, especially when reviewing what happened and when.

Where I could see and collect all customer-related communications. e.g., Emails (Gmail, IMAP) Messaging (Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger... etc.) Social Media Posts (Linkedin, Facebook, Discord... etc.) Currently, we're struggling to capture all communications in one place. Something like this would be useful. 🤔 It would be nice if you could start with basic channels like Mail and gradually add more channels.

Automation to add a task when a Google calendar event is added
I have a booking page where students book lessons with me, and these are automatically added to my calendar. ✅Completed Task visible in 1 section
The issue is that I can only globally enable/disable the visibility of Completed Task. What if it could also be selectively displayed in a given section? For example, I have a "Completed" section at the end of Kanban, so that only there can the "Completed task" always be visible, regardless of whether it's globally enabled.

Repeating tasks
I have noticed that subtasks inside weekly repeating tasks are only able to be ticked off once. So if I have a repeated weekly task and on the 1st week I tick all sub-tasks, the same repeatable task will appear again next week but the sub-tasks will already be ticked. I suggest this is a bug and should be fixed. All sub-tasks within a new repeated task should be unticked by default.

Repeating tasks
I have noticed that subtasks inside weekly repeating tasks are only able to be ticked off once. So if I have a repeated weekly task and on the 1st week I tick all sub-tasks, the same repeatable task will appear again next week but the sub-tasks will already be ticked. I suggest this is a bug and should be fixed. All sub-tasks within a new repeated task should be unticked by default.

as a team, we need to see any changes to a project…. apart from the notifications, we see NOTHING! Regardless of the notifications that are useless because of automation, we need to see where to go! Add a notification marker beside the folders or at least change the color so that we know there is something outstanding/new

Priority changes on its own
I’ve noticed this bug a few times now - I’ll assign a task ‘Medium’ priority. But when I go back to the same task some time later it has been automatically changed to ‘High’.

When I select text, for example, in a description, it would be useful to be able to create a task from it without leaving the browser window. This function should perhaps be at a layer so that the newly created task can be completed without leaving the browser window. This would improve work comfort.

Collaboration between two systems: Upbase ↔️ Upbase
Have you considered something like this? There are two, three, or more companies that use Upbase (they have their own Upbase within their companies). However, it's a completely different own Workspace for each company. The idea is for these different companies to be able to work in their own Workspace while collaborating with other clients who also use Upbase. Switching between Workspaces won't work. This needs to be solved differently.

It's difficult to work without it in a world where we are inundated with information. It's also now standard to use AI to process such collected data in task management systems, CRMs, etc. (e.g., Taskade, Pipedrive, Raynet offer this in their cheapest plans). This data can be better utilized with AI support. So the tool becomes a helper. Responding to customer inquiries, summarizing collected data, creating offers in the context of already collected customer data, etc.

Additional Issues: 📨Sending Emails It would be great if these emails ultimately originated from your own SMTP server, which could be connected to Upbase. Or at least you could connect your own domain to it, just like mailing systems do. You add the appropriate configuration in your DNS and SPF, authorizing Upbase to send emails on your behalf, using your domain or a dedicated subdomain. 📥Receiving Emails It would be great if, when replying to a RE, the customer also forwarded the email to Upbase. This way, you wouldn't have to track it in your email program. I know, this would require integration with, for example, Gmail or IMAP. But initially, the response could go directly to Upbase.
