Custom workspace navigation + shared workspace bookmarks
Upbase is becoming the central place where our team works, plans, and finds what they need every day. Because of that, it would be incredibly helpful if workspace owners could customize the interface for their team. For example, there are modules in the left navigation that some teams simply do not use. In our case, a section like Clients may not be relevant, and it would be great if the workspace owner could hide or disable unused modules for everyone in the workspace. That would make the platform feel cleaner, simpler, and more focused for each team. Another feature that would make a big difference is shared workspace bookmarks. I understand why bookmarks are private by default, and that absolutely makes sense. But it would be very useful to have the option to create bookmarks that belong to the workspace, not just the individual user. That way, every team member could quickly access the key links, tools, and apps they need to do their work without having to ask where things are or save everything manually on their own. Together, these two features would make Upbase much more effective as a team operating hub: Customizable navigation so owners can remove irrelevant sections Shared workspace bookmarks so important links are visible to the whole team This would help teams create a more intentional workspace, reduce clutter, speed up onboarding, and make Upbase a stronger central point of work.

I would like to request that 2 additional sub-sections be added to the Profit Tab: Sub-Contractor Labor and Overhead Expenses. This will allow teams to better understand the project cost breakdown. Thanks!

Add Delay Timer Trigger in Automations
Is there a possibility that we can add trigger delays in our automation? ⏰ For example: When Status change to ‘Section’ or ‘Custom field’ > Delay 7 Days or Set Rotting days (7) > then trigger to e.g move to ‘follow up’ or ‘lost’ or ‘email notification’ etc. ⏰

Critical bug report - iOS app task creation
There is a major bug in the iOS app. Steps to reproduce:- 1. Open upbase iOS app 2. Tap on the blue + add task button bottom right 3. Add task name, select yourself as the assignee, set the due date to tomorrow and tap add 4. The task is added WITHOUT the assignee and so is lost into the abyss. Weirdly, if you keep the app open and add a separate second task, the assignee is correctly added to the task, so it appear to be restricted to adding a task when first opening the app (which is pretty much the only reason I open the app!) Hope you guys can fix as it has been causing a lot of stress, adding tasks for people and then wondering why they have not seen/done them!

Timesheet listing in client dashboard
I would like to see the Timesheets tab in the client dashboard be linked to that particular client ONLY. At the moment, when I click into Timesheets, all jobs are displayed there, regardless for which client. Perhaps this is expected behaviour for some users but for me, this feels very strange.

This would return the name to the original, default one. ⚡Task description templates It would be useful to have templates like these, but ones that the entire team uses. The ability to share them for collaborative work. However, it's better for such documents to be consistent within the company and for everyone to use the same template. This way, we reduce chaos and prevent everyone from doing things their own way.

Add Start and End Time for Tasks Entered at a later time
I’d like to suggest adding the ability to enter task time using a start and end time, not only total hours and minutes. Right now, if I forget to track time in real time, I can add time later by entering the total duration. It would be very helpful to also have the option to enter the actual time window, for example, 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. This would make it easier to reconstruct the day accurately, especially when reviewing what happened and when.

Where I could see and collect all customer-related communications. e.g., Emails (Gmail, IMAP) Messaging (Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger... etc.) Social Media Posts (Linkedin, Facebook, Discord... etc.) Currently, we're struggling to capture all communications in one place. Something like this would be useful. 🤔 It would be nice if you could start with basic channels like Mail and gradually add more channels.

Automation to add a task when a Google calendar event is added
I have a booking page where students book lessons with me, and these are automatically added to my calendar. I can see these events in UpBase, but I can’t calculate profit using integrated calendar events. I’d like an automation that would allow a task to be added to a certain project, with new calendar event as trigger.

In the case of a project, I would see the stages, i.e., we are in stage three, which will last several days; it started now, and the deadline is, for example, in 5 days. Does the client need to see all the tasks precisely? Not necessarily. This is more about the implementation stages. For example, for a specific implementation, it might include: Consultation Material gathering Entering into the system Proofreading Amendments etc.

The issue is that I can only globally enable/disable the visibility of Completed Task. What if it could also be selectively displayed in a given section? For example, I have a "Completed" section at the end of Kanban, so that only there can the "Completed task" always be visible, regardless of whether it's globally enabled.

Repeating tasks
I have noticed that subtasks inside weekly repeating tasks are only able to be ticked off once. So if I have a repeated weekly task and on the 1st week I tick all sub-tasks, the same repeatable task will appear again next week but the sub-tasks will already be ticked. I suggest this is a bug and should be fixed. All sub-tasks within a new repeated task should be unticked by default.
