Add Start and End Time for Tasks Entered at a later time

I’d like to suggest adding the ability to enter task time using a start and end time, not only total hours and minutes.

Right now, if I forget to track time in real time, I can add time later by entering the total duration. It would be very helpful to also have the option to enter the actual time window, for example, 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.

This would make it easier to reconstruct the day accurately, especially when reviewing what happened and when.
