Add Start Date and a Milestone Deadline fields.

These would be very useful options for scheduling jobs and for long-term jobs. This could be resolved easily by making the date value, which is used in the Due field, available as a value for custom fields. Or, they could be default fields. Either way, they'd be a nice feature.
