Automatic section change

I don't know how many people work like this, but we have repeating task that goes through several process.

For eg. If we have a Social media post process, it starts with ideation, then moved to editing, then moved to Posted section.

Once it's done, it is moved back to ideation again for next week

I would like this as a automation that whenever we tick something it automatically moves to another section and in some case repeat task created in another section
