Batch new task notifications to avoid rapid notifications

Request: batch notifications for newly created and assigned tasks, to avoid a flurry of change notifications seconds apart from each other as the task is set up.

Context: When a team member creates a task and assigns it to me, I often end up with several notifications all in a row. E.g., from a recent example:

• XX assigned to you the task YY

• XX changed the due date from AA to BB on the task YY

• XX removed the start date from the task YY

I got emails for each change in rapid succession (within ~60sec), since I happened to be assigned before the due date changes were finished. Similar situations happen to me frequently, so I typically get 2-3 rapid notifications for every task I am assigned.
