Canny has a built-in Bug Tracker board they can add - Tony Pham can you add that feature please so we can better report bugs vs. your Chat Bot from Help Scout? Messages don't seem to want to send or at least indicate they were actually sent there for some reason. Plus, an actual board to track bugs would make more sense. Thanks!
