Better Customizability

Can we get an extended range of icons and/or the ability to add custom icons for the list. I would also like the ability to set custom colors (the ability to put on a custom hex code) for each list.

In addition to that, for those on the premium plan, can we get the ability to fully change the look for the interface. Akin to Notion, I'd like to choose colors or add pictures to the background of the interface.
