Bug with underbar if attached file name is not in English

If the attached file name is not in English, it is replaced with an underbar.

I've been asking you to fix it since 3 months ago, but you haven't fixed it yet.

The name of the file I uploaded and the name of the file when I downloaded it don't appear, so I don't know what it is.

Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
