Can anyone manage billing?

Not sure if its my browser, but when I tried to manage billing the buttons keep disappearing. anyone face any issues lately on upbase?

my docs section are not functioning as well when i create page. I can’t input any text in the body..😐

    I got a lifetime deal years ago and came back today with a view to using on a new project. Ermm, bad timing?

    Docs - cannot edit existing, cannot add anything to a new one. Browser lag and eventually crash. Is Upbase dying/dead?

      The latest update they did was this year June 2026, so its pretty recent.
      As of the past 2 months things were quite silent. We have users mentioning tickets unresponsive for over 10 weeks, support is not responding as well. Tony replies no more etc.

      I’m not sure but definitely feels like we’re out here on our own.
