Chat Bugs
We really need the chat to work well and consistent. Currently, it goes down several times a month and I can't communicate with my team in the tool we are trying to use. Additionally, when you go into a chat, and then leave the tab and come back (in Chrome) it changes the chat you were in to the one at the top of the list, often resulting in sending a message to the wrong person.
Really need the chat to work well, as this was one of the primary drivers to purchasing Upbase!

Same the chat is really bad and also the lack of voice note which is needed to fix

Same, we have to use Slack + Upbase for this reason.

Same here, we moved from slack to upbase chat and didn't even last 3 days, messages disappearing and ridiculous stuff happening, multiple chats with same names and deleting wont even fix it

The same here. Also, my team never seems to receive notifications or emails when chats are sent. Please fix this.
