Chat Bugs

We really need the chat to work well and consistent. Currently, it goes down several times a month and I can't communicate with my team in the tool we are trying to use. Additionally, when you go into a chat, and then leave the tab and come back (in Chrome) it changes the chat you were in to the one at the top of the list, often resulting in sending a message to the wrong person.

Really need the chat to work well, as this was one of the primary drivers to purchasing Upbase!
