Cleaning upbase.canny.io and communicating with users

Hello, It would be nice to clean sometimes this roadmap/feature request tool. There are many tasks that are In progress but actually they are released (sometimes it is not working properly like Forwarding emails) so the best way would be to make more statuses: In review, Planned, In progress, Up next (so we know what is the next release about), Complete, Revision (so we know that some features are going to be fixed).
