Comment only and View only for guest access

I hope the options 'comment only' and 'view only' which have been marked as 'coming soon' for guest access will be available very soon. I'm sharing projects and collaborating with my clients and need them to have limited access so they cannot modify and remove the content. Currently, the only option is to designate clients as admins, which hinders my use of this feature.
