Delayed Updates

Dear UpBase Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to report a few issues that are significantly affecting my experience on your platform.

1.  Despite inviting my team members to my workspace, they remain in the “Pending” status, and I am unable to assign them tasks. This issue is blocking my productivity and is quite frustrating.2.  The app doesn’t seem to update automatically. For example, when I set a due date for a task, there’s a delay of several minutes before the change (or no change at all) is reflected. This creates uncertainty about whether the task has been properly updated, which disrupts the workflow and makes the user experience feel very sluggish.

These bugs are unfortunate, as UpBase perfectly addresses my needs otherwise. I truly hope these issues will be addressed soon. I’m considering upgrading to a premium subscription in the future, and I believe resolving these concerns would significantly enhance the platform’s value and usability.
