Thank you, it works. Maybe it is good that this menu for user action we have in all places where we can add/invite members to platform, not only on this my setting, but at any case it is working.

You can delete pending users. See the screenshot below.

I ran into a similar issue. After help from Jack, I learned I could go into individual List settings and remove pending users there. But it would be good to have a way to remove pending members at the level of the Workspace settings, also.
