Email notification when changing passwords

Here is a scenario ,

We are using our own email ids ,which we have created for different departments ,

Such as production@gmail.com , editing @gmail.com

and give it to team members , so they get only access when they are in office ,

Now issue is , these are logged in using gmail , but if any user go to setting and press create password , then it should are only for new password and retype password field , if one should signup using gmail then there should not be an option to create upbase account passowrd , suppose if someone creates password then it give no notification on gmail that upbase id is created , or user has created a new password or any type of notification ,

Now that user has generated that password , they do not require gmail for sign in , they just add that password and can sign in on any device

Please help … let me know if we can fix this any way
