Export/Backup/Snapshot of entire List to Google Sheets + Drive

You can export each Per Object to a separate sheet - so 7 sheets

4. Files ( files get dumped to a Subfolder in name with the name of the List) Each File Entry in the spreadsheet points to the corresponding file in the sub folder

5. Calendar - text contents

6. Messages

7. Chat

8th sheet could be for Tags.
