🗄️Archiving by default, not deleting

Feature Request

The data we process in Upase is very valuable.

Especially if we want to refer to archived projects.

Therefore, it would be good practice to archive, not delete data.

This indirectly relates to other functionalities that have already been mentioned.

It would be good to introduce such archiving practice to all items.

Of course, deletion should also be available, but it should be possible as a second, subsequent step, e.g. when the data is confidential.

    Archive🤔

    Add the option to archive Tasks, Notes, Docs, Files, Links, and Messages …

    Deleting is good, but sometimes you need to keep something, something you'll need to refer to in the future.

    Therefore, archiving such items would be useful.
