🗄️Archiving by default, not deleting

The data we process in Upase is very valuable.

Especially if we want to refer to archived projects.

Therefore, it would be good practice to archive, not delete data.

This indirectly relates to other functionalities that have already been mentioned.

It would be good to introduce such archiving practice to all items.

Of course, deletion should also be available, but it should be possible as a second, subsequent step, e.g. when the data is confidential.
