Fix bugs in Chat.

When I create a new list the chat channel does not function. I test the other lists and the chat is operational. Appears to have a bug in new lists created. Additionally, client is not able to open docs via app in new list. They can see the docs however they will not open. Again appears to be bug issue in lists, chat and phone app.
