⚙️Upbase: Simplification of configuration

Gathering so that there are 2 places to configure everything

▪️Global Configuration

▪️List (Project) Configuration

I know that there are already beginnings of these configuration functionalities.

However, ultimately it would be good to have it all in one place.

For example, for "List Configuration" there is no something that is in "Customize modules".

And there are even more similar places.

It would be good if it was collected in 1 place
