Google Drive Permissions for embedding
Currently it appears that it's only possible to embed Google Drive items, documents, etc, by setting the sharing to "Anyone with the link". This means anybody who happens upon the link to a potentially sensitive document would be able to see all content. Further, in order to edit from within Upbase, I would need to set the permission to "Anyone with the Link" can "Edit" which is just a terrible idea.
It would be ideal to be able to add the folders and documents so they maintain their private status.

Upbase gives you these options to attach documents, but it's up to you who you share them with in Google.
If you have sharing, permission in Google only for yourself, no one else will open it.

However, if you want to manage file permissions in Upbase, use, upload files directly in Upbase.

Jack S. I wasn't asking to be able to manage permissions for Google files and folders in Upbase, I was looking to be able to maintain the permissions of the Google files I embed.
When I was trying to embed files and folders the other day it kept giving errors until I loosened the permissions - it seems to be working correctly, so it's possible it was a temporary issue. In which case, please disregard this feature request.
