Improve messaging especially with guests - email replies and read msg without logging in

The current messaging module is not good esp when used to communicate with guests (clients) or people on your team who don't log in to upbase daily. Email notifications about messages don't include the full message text and images. You can't attach a pdf. Email replies to a message notification are discarded…

In an ideal world, you would be able to:

1) Send a message through upbase to a guest user (or even better, to a client's email directly if they don't want to register for an upbase account)

2) View the full content of a message, and download any attachments (images, pdfs, docs) from the email notification itself

3) Reply to the notification via email and have that email piped directly into upbase back into the conversation

Asana, Basecamp, and Clickup all offer these basic features.
