Add 2FA and U2F authentification

1) 2FA (eg. Google Authenticator)

Make the login secure with 2FA auth and give a possibility to enforce this option to all accounts with the option to deactivate it for special users like guests etc.

2) FIDO2/U2F

2-step verification with a hardware key (FIDO2/U2F).

The most secure and convenient use to authenticate login.
