Let users hyperlink local drive files and folders
Pasting a path of file from local drive should create hyperlink , so when we click on that link it should open windows explorer and navigate to that path ..this will make project management lot more easy

I like upbase very much , but this requirement is very much needed please let me know any way to make this work , my entire team works on network drive , so right now process goes like this , employee upload file , then i admin download the file and add it in proper path , instead if employee can be able to add a path of network drive , then this problem will be solved ….. pleaseeee help man

I don't know if it's that simple to implement.
Because as I checked, it will open in your browser instead of Explorer.
Maybe if there was a desktop app, but so far there isn't.

which can open files in explorer or in browser what ever is preferable , we can have something like this in upbase , this way linking files from NAS drive will be much easy ,
There are no issues who keeps files online but with small team who kept everything on local nas drives , this will become handy ,,
That extension generate this type of link
“File://// folder/ folder “
Right now pasting that link in the link section adds “https” at the start of the line automatically , if it doesnt add that and just convert it to clickable links then this solution should work too
