I dream of adding another modules: Communication.

Where I could see and collect all customer-related communications.
e.g.,
Emails (Gmail, IMAP)
Messaging (Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger... etc.)
Social Media Posts (Linkedin, Facebook, Discord... etc.)
Currently, we're struggling to capture all communications in one place. Something like this would be useful.
