Make entire Link clickable; move Edit toggle to the dropdown

Can you make it so that the entire Link area is clickable and opens the link? Right now, when I click near the link title (1), the editing sidebar appears. It'd be much more convenient if there was a "Edit" menu item in the dropdown (2).
