The client should see project tracking to be at ease, avoid questions, and avoid getting impatient.

This tracking should be visible to them.

What would this be compared to? The best comparison is to what courier companies have. There, you can see from the moment the shipment is ordered to delivery, where the package is on its way.

In the case of a project, I would see the stages, i.e., we are in stage three, which will last several days; it started now, and the deadline is, for example, in 5 days.

Does the client need to see all the tasks precisely? Not necessarily.

This is more about the implementation stages.

For example, for a specific implementation, it might include:

  • Consultation

  • Material gathering

  • Entering into the system

  • Proofreading

  • Amendments
