Definitely a much-needed feature. Video-chatting is ubiquitous nowadays, and even freelancers working solo will Zoom with their long-distance clients several times a week. Our small workgroup has remote collaborators in different countries, and I belong to not-for-profit organisations that meet exclusively online. Right now, I don't use the 'chat' features of Upbase at all, because without video I'm forced to use an external tool anyway (Zoom, Messenger, Slack, Discord, etc.) - and all these video tools have built-in chat anyway. The point is: I don't WANT to use these external tools. I'd rather stay in Upbase, and move all these workgroups into Upbase - but without the video chatting, there is no point.
There are free tools, like Jitsi (https://meet.jit.si), which could be integrated into Upbase, as well as the commercial ones like Zoom. This means that Upbase wouldn't need to handle the hosting of the video conferencing service, it could just integrate it as an external tool — similar to how we can embed external Google Docs and Sheets right now.

No disrespect intended, but is video chat really needed for a product intended for individuals and small teams? MS Teams does this really well (I use it at work). Maybe that's what you want?

Jack S.: I'm sorry but that's not a good reason to add a feature. That just ends up with clutter. There are plenty of PM tools out there that prove that point (hello, Clickup!).
If Taskade already does what you want, why aren't you using that? I assume you're trying to get extra value from your Appsumo lifetime subscription? I don't blame you (I used to do that too!), but from experience, it doesn't end well.

A good addition would be the ability to record leaving a screencast offline directly from the screen.
