Names of the attached file to be maintained

I would like the file names of the attached files to be maintained (with multilingual support). The current system has an issue where if the file names are not in English, they are replaced with the '_' symbol. This means that when other users view or download the files later, it is difficult to recognize the files just by the file names." I hope the support for Unicode can resolve the issue of multilingual file naming.
