👔 Whitelabel / CNAME
1)
Own domain (CNAME), would be good when I share links with my clients.
For example, documentation, because then they would see that it is from my domain, which they know.
It would also be nice to have an option to change:
2) Logo
3) Favicon

If this feature was available we could drop several tools immediately and migrate all of our clients, but because we already have our custom subdomain built in across multiple tools, resources, email templates, and more it would be too much work to update them all to the generic Upbase domain, so we can't fully use Upbase until then.
Pleaseeee greenlight this feature, I'm sure most people here would even pay extra for it, that is how important it is.

Any update on this… Its a REAL PITA to have document links coming from me with the UPBASE LOGO - really needs to have my own business logo..

Exactly… some basic branding element at the very least should have been an original feature. Shocking to not see this go anywhere despite there already being 2 heavily upvoted requests for this…
I get the whole element of brand recognition they're probably trying to achieve by not allowing practically any custom branding by users, but this is definitely hurting their business more than it is helping.
I know of a few business/agency owners who would love to start using the platform, but not before they can at least customise the branding to make for a more seamless and professional experience for their clients.

Edwin Carrington: I am fine with having Upbase logo, but I'd rather see it at the bottom of the Page with "powered by Upbase" similar to other apps I use. I did try to put my logo but it then it messes up the first line :(

I see, yeah, that could also work, but just as a short term fix.. a complete branding solution would be ideal..

Seriously still not available…much less planned? You have such a powerful guest list feature but no CNAME??? What a missed opportunity…hope you’ll revisit it soon. I’d pay a one time fee even for the ability to connect a CNAME per list?

when they first came to sumo, i suggested this, and i followed them for about a year now, and they seem to still not prioritize it. nifty, and other pm management tools i project.co, all implemented this on computer by default. but on the app its still the company app, like not much changes there. but even that is a process if your business want to pay to get an entire whitelabel app as well.
