OCR on images - to make insertion into records "searchable"

• This is probably a tall ask.

• In Google Keep, it can recognise photographs, images with handwriting, yes, my own, and typed text and images

• What would be great is an OCR system, therefore, i am cutting and pasting into notes various photos of typed pages, or cuts and pastes from webpages etc - it would be good if these were searchable.

Therefore, tasks can be more searchable, if not, to extract some text from the images
