Pin pomodoro timer to top bar

Pomodoro timer disappears from the top bar after countdown finishes. It will be nice to keep it there so you can play the break time countdown and even start the next pomodoro from there. I'm usually working on docs in Upbase when the Pomodoro timer finishes, and I have to leave and go back to the schedule page to start a new count.
