Pop Out Chats

Our agency is made up of five team members and often when replying to team members I need to access an area other than chats.

Would love if when we pin a chat to the tray, we could expand that chat anywhere/anytime on the bottom and be able to reply, without redirecting us to the main chat page.

Or be able to have a standalone chats app!
