Restrict tag visibility/permissions
All tags are apparently visible to all members. Since some tags are only relevant for specific lists/projects, I don't want (for example) members added to a single list to be able to see and interact with all tags.

+1 would like tags to have custom visibility by people, projects, and / or lists.
