🚨 Upbase Team, As a daily user for years, Please allow full Workspace Export

This is coming from a user who glazed Upbase to many IRL and got some great and real work done with clients and collaborators.

First and foremost if @Tony Pham is still a part of and/or still running Upbase, I hope you are ok and in good health. We have not heard from you in quite some time. It would be nice to hear from you.

As of around September 2026, Upbase has been performing incredibly unreliable and unstable. Far more than ever. My team and myself have found Upbase pretty much unusable at this point in time. Upbase Docs (a large and main feature for WORK) fails to load pages, loses edits, and as of now is no longer supporting Embeds in Docs. All work from my team AND CLIENTS have Docs with embeds that say “Preview not available. No Embeds API Access”. This is so so inconvenient for everyone and its making my operation seem unreliable and unprofessional. Because of the collaborative relationship I share with my team and clients, the performance of Upbase reflects on my businesses ability to get work done. And as of late, it feels like there’s no coming back from this.

After years of support through the growing pains (trust there were plenty) and offering feedback on how to improve the service, it feels as though Upbase users are left dry and abandoned as of Sep 2026.

Before/if this domain gets deactivated unannounced someday, please please, allow users who PAY/PAID to export ALL data off of Upbase. Whether thats a fat zip file of everything not entirely sure. But at the VERY LEAST:

PLEASE give all of us, every user on Upbase a notice before thinking of shutting down the domain. So much work over the years is tied to our workspace(s).


Everyone else reading this, we all have to keep trying to reach out to whoever is running Upbase.

If I were you, I’d start migrating all your work and data off of Upbase as well. It is NOT looking good. iOS and Android app went offline a couple days ago as well. It’s just not a very good or safe feeling if Upbase is where you’ve been doing all your work.


TLDR: Upbase users, start migrating any and all important work for your safety and sanity on the chance Upbase domain goes offline for good and all your work is gone forever.

Upbase team, PLEASE address the state of your company with full transparency. This is real-life businesses and clients. We must feel secure in our work, data, and in you. As of late, my confidence and trust in Upbase is gone.
