Search Box for Bookmarks, and Lock the position of Bookmarks

After adding alot of categories and bookmarks, I can't find the Bookmark manually as I forgot where do I put it on -.-"

Can you make a Bookmark Lists be Searchable and also Lockable to avoid unexpected moving around.
