Separate email notifications for individual workspaces

Currently, notifications for multiple workspaces are only sent to one email, which isn't ideal. It would be better if notifications for each workspace were sent to the corresponding email address. This is especially important because different teams might not have access to the email associated with another workspace.

As a temporary solution until this feature is implemented, providing the option to customize the email notification subjects would be helpful. This customization would enable us to create filters in our email settings based on keywords specified in the email notifications subject. By doing so, we could automatically forward relevant notifications to the appropriate email addresses associated with each workspace, mitigating the current limitation.
