Sorting the lists

Is there any way a feature to sort the lists could be put in - eg. A->Z OR Z->A this would help immensely as folders in a A->Z order are so much faster to scan, esp when there is a lot of them. Going so far to custom colours of the list name would be amazing also then you can see the degree of urgency that file needs treatment or i wish, all inactive or lowly accessed files could be coloured gray for example and the more important folders have a orange or red font.
