Tags - Alphabetize & Be Able to Add New Tags When Creating a Task

Would love the tags to be alphabetized instead of appearing in the order they were created.

Would like to also be able to add a new tag while creating a card instead of having to get out, add a new tag on the left column, and then come back to the card.
