Tags in comments

Would be nice to be able to add tags to comments. This would be an indicator of the type of comment it is. For example, in software development, a comment could be about a bug, a suggestion, about testing something, etc. The tag would allow a read of the comment to quickly understand the context or purpose of the comment.
