Task Description icon

Feature Request

It would be great to have an icon showing there's a description added to a task, in case we forget later on when seeing the task. Attached is the way MS To Do app does it.

Also it would be nice to hover over the task and the description can be seen in a pop-up. Attached is the way MS Excel does it.

This is needed. Often my descriptions are missed, especially by clients.
