Text Formatting & Hyperlinks

It would be great to have the ability to hyperlink words, instead of pasting the whole URL link out. It just makes things a little tidier in chat and messages.

Also being able to Bold, Italic and Underline text, as well as add bullet points would be great because sometimes I need to be able to highlight specific texts to client to make sure they really understand it! Plus it again helps makes text a little more tidy, organised and not so overwhelming.
