Sometimes people like to speak more anonymously than publicly.

Maybe it would be worth adding a closed Facebook group?

Such groups also have the fact that sometimes the people themselves help each other, respond and you build a committed community.

Another option would be Discord - I personally don't like it.

Or some dedicated tool.

e.g. Circle.so

But here, in turn, not everyone will join easily.

Most people know Facebook and have an account there.
