WHY IS WEBHOOK AND API STILL IN PLANNING??
I would really like to know who makes decisions about improving this system.
Many things that are basically useless are being worked on while important ones like webhook, white label and several others are boing left behind.
Come on!

Hey Denis,
Genuine questions:
1) Do you really think Tony Pham has the time, interest, or surplus resources to devote to anything that's "basically useless"?
2) Do you think he'd want to hear what, exactly, you feel that way about and why if indeed there are any recent deployments for which further tweaks are needed? Perhaps some constructive feedback that is HELPFUL would earn you some credibility prior to making your own demands, don't you think?
3) Is it possible that perhaps what you see as "important" might not be a priority at all for others?
4) Can you appreciate the importance of 'quick wins' along the way -- even if not important to you -- while other more costly 'big rock' type developments get worked on?
5) Do you recognize and acknowledge that even having this forum for you to express your views is, itself, a privilege that we shouldn't take for granted?
Come on, bud. Glad you acknowledge the "many things" both deployed and in development because you're absolutely right… the Upbase team is incredible. That might have been a better place to start.

Hi Dave,
If you look at my attachment, it states that "only a small percentage of users took advantage" of the weekly backlog. Waste of time for the team. Who decided on that I don't know because obviously not many voted for that. In comparison, Webhooks, native app and white label are the most voted (hundereds of votes between the main and other requests)for years now and not touched. Webhooks and API was requested in back in 2022 .
Quick wins may be nice, and now we have "Fancy colours" for documments that you can't print. How useful is that? - Also tell me where it is the the "Features requests"? Who asked for it? Why was this a priority?
Been working with Ubase for a few years now and have given construtive feedback, both here and privately. Not sure how you use Upbase (it must be very limited), but here we are trying to make full use of this tool and very important features are missing (users are asking for them and we had promises). We are dealing with teams, guests, many projects and 100s of tasks.
Regarding the priviledge to have a rant, I earned it with the many licenses i bought and hence the trust I put in this product. Get off your moral pedestal!

I disagree with your message in both content and manner. This tool has an AMAZING pace of development and releasing great features. They are releasing integrations in phases and I am sure we will have webhooks and API soon.
